We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your vision and the specific requirements for your piece.

2. Artwork Evaluation
Bring your artwork and we’ll assess its dimensions, style, and condition to determine the most suitable framing types.

3. Material Selection
We do not have pre-constructed frame profiles. We start from scratch, using solid hardwood, exclusively from sustainable sources. There is a wide variety of wood stains and finishes available, including lacquer and titanium paints. As for glazing, Tru Vue is our main supplier, offering anti-reflective UV-protective museum-grade glasses.

4. Design Preview
We’ll create a digital or physical mock-up of your frame design so you can visualize the final result. Any refinements can be made at this stage to ensure the frame aligns perfectly with the artwork.

5. Production
I. Precision Cutting: Our team meticulously cuts the frame moulding and glazing to exact measurements.
II. Assembly: Using traditional and modern techniques, we assemble the frame, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
III. Artwork Installation: Your artwork is carefully installed using acid-free, archival-quality materials to preserve its integrity.

6. Finishing Touches
Each frame undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure flawless craftsmanship, in the quality check phase. We add appropriate hanging hardware for safe and secure display.

7. Collection or Delivery
Visit our lab to say hi (!) and collect your bespoke frame and receive tips on proper care. At the same time, we offer safe delivery options to ensure your framed artwork arrives in pristine condition.
